📅 When will my order arrive?

All items are made to order and usually ship within 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

• US & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

You'll receive tracking info as soon as it's on the way.

🚫 Do you do refunds or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your product arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s a problem, contact us at thehaysociety@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

📅 Are the drops really limited?

Yes. Once a drop sells out, it’s gone. We may release new editions of similar ideas, but original launch drops will not be restocked.

🚗 Where do you ship from?

We partner with international fulfillment centers to get you your merch as fast as possible. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from the nearest facility (US, Europe, etc.).

🌐 Do you ship to Armenia?

Yes! We proudly ship to Armenia. Delivery may take a bit longer depending on local logistics, but we’ll make sure it gets there.

🙃 What's with the name HÄY?

It's a pun, a greeting, and a vibe. "HÄY" is a nod to Armenians (Hay) and the high-spirited humor our community is known for.
