F1 Hotel Manila Review

When in Taguig, you have to check F1 Hotel Manila!

After my 5-day stay at Bayview Park Hotel Manila, di pa ako maka-uwi sa Baguio City because I have to meet my wife and my son naman sa F1 Hotel Manila, somewhere in Taguig. My wife attended a conference naman in that area.

It took me an hour to drive from Roxas Boulevard to Taguig so I was relieved to finally park at F1 Hotel Manila’s parking lot.

And talagang organized siya

kaya di mo mawawala ang car mo.

Parking is inside the building kaya safe siya.

Pagdating ko sa lobby…

Aba, pang-mayaman…

I looked for the front desk to ask where my wife is at ganito ang itsura ko dahil galing din naman ako sa conference ko…

Me: “hmmm, my wife is booked here, I would like to know what her room is…” (biglang may tumawag sa telepono ko)

Me again: “she just called, I will wait for her nalang”

Front Desk: Okay sir, you can just sit there po.

Me: “Where?”

Front Desk: “There” (pointing to the picture below)

Me: (to myself) Wow, ang ganda. Kulang nalang ang fruit bearing trees. Napaka relaxing!

And the chairs, they look so artistic…

Yung tipong inutusan ka ng lola mo na kumuha ng kahoy sa bundok para may panggatong but you came home and say: “lola! I made a sala set out of our panggatong!”

Haha.

Anyway, here are some of the things you need to know about F1 Hotel Manila:

✔️ROOM:

We stayed in a room with two double beds, pero I still consider it single beds especially kung malalaki yung mga taong hihiga diyan…

The room also includes a sofa na okay naman ang size for kids, so dinikit lang namin for Phillip.

I’m also working wherever I go, so very useful ang kanilang work desk…

Pagbukas mo ng closet, they have bathrobes ready, ironing board, and plantsa!

Also, expect to relax from a whole day’s work sa kanilang napaka-lambot na sofa.

Hehe. Kidding aside, the painting brings warmth to the wall and the entire room. It acts like a heater when it’s cold because of its earth colors. It reminds me of breakfast, times when I try to spread the peanut butter on my loaf bread at mga sitwasyong natabig mo ang iyong glass of milk which gives it a spilt milk touch. It adds character, sophistication, and the like. Pwede na ba? Hehe.

Maganda din ang view from the room kasi sa mataas na floor siya…

✔️The BATHROOM

Meron ding small box for bored children…

It includes sinulid, nail file, butones, shower cap and cotton buds…

Phillip and ate Julie enjoyed the pool and Phillip wanted to show me how great the pool is…

✔️THE POOL

At talaga namang kakaiba ang interior design…

The pool water is warm but when I asked the hotel attendant, di daw siya heated and the warmth was brought about by the “unang sinag ng araw”, sana nga galing yun sa unang sinag ng araw kuya ha.

This one below is 3 feet, for children siya.

The length of lap maybe?

Hehe. Kidding aside, nagpictorial dito noon ang Ms. Earth sa pool na ito and this hotel has been home to several Ms. Earth candidates.

✔️BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is included in the booking at ang unang tatambad sa inyo ay ang goto. Yes, gaano man kasosyal ang lugar, meron silang gotohan.

And egg station where you can request for eggs to be scrambled, sunny side up, and omelet.

Sa baba naman ay different spices or baka achara yang mga yan and bawang on the side.

I asked them magkano per kilo nung bawang but then di daw nila binebenta, design lang siya.

They also have different choices of drinks…yung pwede mo siya paghalu-halu-in and come up with your own version of 4 seasons. Hehe

I suggest that you try their orange juice, very fresh siya…parang talaga namang piniga na may halong pagmamahal.

Dami din pinoy pastries…

And pastries from around the world…

I also asked the waiter kung bakit may vinegar sa tabi ng bread. Sabi ko “is this ilocos vinegar? Coz I only use ilocos vinegar for my pastries.” Waiter politely said: “Sir, syrup po yan.”

Back to reality, may iba’t ibang selections pa pero di ko na nakunan ng picture.

Masyado na ako pinagtitinginan ng mga pumapasok at kulang nalang sabihin – “first time?” Haha.

Me: “how much is the rent for this ride? Per hour ba ito? Do you need deposit fee?

Bell Boy: “Luggage carrier po yan sir.”

Me: Sabi ko nga.

Kidding aside, I enjoyed the short span of time that I was able to relax sa hotel na ito. Sabi nga nung isang attendant, we are a 3 star hotel with a 5 star standard of service.

I hope that I will have the chance to be back here soon. Di ko na-try kasi yung pool for lack of material time. Haha.

Just so you know, tabi ng F1 Hotel Manila ang St. Luke’s Medical Center, Taguig City. Tabi din niya ang S&R in case you need to shop. Very convenient siya. And siyempre accesible din siya sa mga grab and uber drivers so wala kang problema sa transportation.

Do I recommend this hotel? Oh, yes and yes. We were booked at the 26th floor

And next visit, I hope to try the pent house. Haha

But wait, I’m loving this hotel even more because of this…before check out, nakita ni Phillip ang mga jars of gummies.

Meron silang gummy bears and worms sa lobby! My son’s favorite!

Happy hotel hunting!
